  • How large are the apartments?

    Apartments range in size from 639 square feet to 1,228 square feet, and have options including one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedrooms. For more information including floor plans, see our “See the Villas” page or contact us today.

     

     

  • What sort of appliances are in each apartment?

    Villas at Stoney Point is proud to offer high end finishes in our apartments, including dishwashers, refrigerators, washers and  dryers, microwaves, stove/oven. You’ll have all the comforts of home and more.

     

  • What maintenance is provided by Villas?

    Your apartment at Villas at Stoney Point is structurally maintained, including appliances supplied by Villas, heat and air conditioning units. The grounds and public portions of the community are also maintained by Villas staff: which means no more raking leaves or shoveling snow!

  • What sort of amenities are included in the rent?
